Seamless Progression provides three basic integrated services: Needs Assessment, Program Design, and Implementation.
Needs Assessment - Seamless Progression is experienced in understanding and meeting the client’s specific requirements. Through dialogue and analysis a needs assessment is rendered to determine how our capabilities can best suit the client. Since our goal is the seamless integration of force options it is critical that all aspects of previous training, recent incidents, mission objectives, and issued equipment be thoroughly examined prior to the utilization of our services.
Program Design - We specialize in two basic design formats; the development of Custom Training Modules (CTM) and consultation in the design of organic Modular Training Systems (MTS). Custom Training Modules are small courses of study which may be used to improve specific areas of deficiency without degrading those areas which are currently at operational levels. These are commonly one to five days in length and cover a limited scope of training. Module Training Systems are unique and organic systems which is co-authored between Seamless Progression and the agency to take into account those areas of training already deemed essential in the current in-house curriculum and integrate all skill sets into a seamless progression.
Implementation – Seamless Progression's goal is to provide excellent instruction and to assist in the development of the agencies internal training capabilities. At the end of the day...the students must be operational and the ability to sustain this level must be in the agencies hands.
